Information we request
When you call, email or submit an online request, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, city, pest concern and any attached photos. Please provide only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not send payment details, medical records or identity documents.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess service needs and arrange work you request. Contacting Orbit does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and protection
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. These providers may process information outside Canada. No advertising trackers or Google review widgets are installed. The estimate form prepares an email draft in your email application; you must review and send it. Form details are not automatically submitted to the website server. The pest finder temporarily stores selections in your browser so you can carry them to the quote page.
Photos and retention
Photos sent to Orbit are used to understand your enquiry and are not published without permission. Enquiry and service records are retained as needed to respond, perform requested services and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us about deletion of information that is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. Some service records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
