Describe what you have seen, where it appears and how long the problem has been happening. A clear photograph can help if it can be taken safely. You do not need to identify the pest yourself.

A plan for your property

Orbit will discuss assessment, available service options and any preparation needed. Treatment depends on the identified pest, the property and the inspection findings.

Before you arrange a visit

Tell us about any products already used, shared building areas, children and pets. Ask for the service scope, price and applicable follow-up terms in writing.
